High Performance Teams (HPTs)can increase the project productivity, generate creative solutions, resolve challenges with ease. It will also make working in the team a rewarding experience of all. Forming a High-Performance Team is easy if you know how. This is what Dr. Sami Fahmy will explore in detail in his presentation, he will share with you, manypractical examples to enhance and support your understanding and your application of the key principles of HPTs.
