To be an effective project manager/leader you need to know how to form, motivate and lead your project teams. High Performance Teams (HPTs)can increase the project productivity, generate creative solutions, resolve challenges with ease. It will also make working in the team a rewarding experience of all. Forming a High-Performance Team is easy if you know how. This is what Dr. Sami Fahmy will explore in detail in his presentation, he will share with you, manypractical examples to enhance and support your understanding and your application of the key principles of HPTs

Your Presenter short Bio :

Dr. Sami Fahmy, P.Eng., PhD, PMP, RMP is the founder and president of Performance Excellence Institute (PEI), a consulting firm devoted to enhancing project managers’ performance. He has 40+ years of PM practical experience covering a wide range of project Management including 30 years with Public Works and Government Services Canada, where he led the training of around 130 Project Managers. His enthusiasm for teaching makes him highly informative, interactive and  entertaining Educator. He is one of Alberta’s most in-demand construction educators.
