What is Unique About This PMP Study Program

The workshop is offered through instructor-led live online delivery

PMP workshop is divided into 12 sessions. It is designed and presented in a unique format to match the actual delivery of any project.
Each related series of tasks are covered in about 3.5 hours. During the presentation, some time is devoted to answering some exam questions relate to the tasks under discussion. This is a very effective way of finding out whether or not participants have absorbed the material presented to them.
A very important part of this approach is participants’ preparation at home before the coming to class. You will be assigned homework every week
This is a guided study program. These 12 sessions will be scheduled two session every second Saturday to allow participants to study and absorb the material covered during the workshops.
Participants will be given home assignments and group work to read on their own. The instructor will be available through the phone or internet to assist the participants in their study and to answer any questions related to their study or the exam material.
In the first session, the instructor will assist participants in developing their own study plan.
The Instructor will provide a phone follow up service to participants for three Months from the date of the last workshop.
The second session is devoted to covering issues that will assist participants in their studies and writing the exam. The session covers the following issues: How to study and prepare for the exam. How to reduce the study time to a minimum. How to answer multiple choice questions.
By the end of the 12-session program, participants will have prepared, answered, and discussed in detail, individually and in groups about 1000 questions. c/w their detailed answers and analysis.
Participants will receive a electronic booklet of all the slides. The slides are prepared by PMI. This is an excellent tool for final review. All slides are in fact, answers to questions. This will save the participants valuable study time.
In addition, participants will receive several handouts and diagrams that will help the participants relate the topics to the Project management big picture.
To help prepare for the course delivery, the instructor reviewed 7 out of the recommended 10 books by PMI.
The collective Knowledge of all these books is reflected in the workshop explanation and handout.
The workshop provides an easy non-threatening learning environment that is highly participative. Participants are grouped in virtual teams, which encourages discussion among participants. Participants are encouraged to challenge each other in a friendly and constructive manner.
Although the program is meant to assist the participants to write and pass the PMP exam, many participants have in fact used many of the ideas learned, to help them in their projects and their work. For example: creating a communication plan, building a WBS, risk management planning and building a Risk Register, leadership, team building skills.
Throughout the program, the participants will be asked to prepare several exam questions and then share them with the rest of the class. Be prepared to work hard and share.
